After the wet day at Shelton, we were thrilled to play in nicer weather. The Fairgrounds course is filled with its own challenges which I enjoyed. Elevation changes, interesting doglegs and swamp holes makes this a fun course to play.
Fairgrounds would be an easy course to loose a few discs, luckily the brush hasn’t fill out yet and no discs were lost. Similar to Fredericksen, Fairgrounds is heavily wooded. There have been a number of trees removed to provide a few more lines to the pins, however, this course isn’t as long as Shelton and doesn’t give you the same opportunities to use the driver.
Fairground is another example of a great course in this area, the course was clean and well kept and playing in this forested course was a lot of fun to play and and enjoyable walk.
